1. BC/MBC/BCM Scholarship
The benefit of schemes implemented for the welfare of BCs, MBCs & DNCs .
Eligibility
- The parental annual income limit for the availing this scholarship is Rs.2.50 lakhs.

2. SC/ST Scholarship
The benefit of schemes implemented for the welfare of SC/ST.
Eligibility
- The parental annual income limit for the availing this scholarship is Rs.2.50 lakhs.
- No.of students received the scholarship - 1594 students
3. NSP
The National Scholarship Portal (NSP) is an online portal by the Government of India for applying, processing, verifying and sanction of Government scholarships to Students.
Post Matric Scholarship Scheme for Minorities
These schemes are usually reserved for minority communities in India i.e. Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists and Zoroastrians
Eligibility
- The parental annual income limit for the availing this scholarship is Rs.2.50 lakhs.
- No.of students received the scholarship - 2 students
Post Matric Scholarship for Students with Disabilities
- People with disabilities are eligible for these scholarships.
- These include persons with Visual, Hearing, Speech & Locomotive disability, Mental Retardation, Mental Illness, Multiple Disability and any other disabilities.
- A disability certificate issued by Government is necessary for applying under this category.

Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship for College and University Students
Central Sector Scholarship Scheme for College and University Students is a centrally-funded merit-cum-means scholarship initiated by the Department of Higher Education of MHRD(Ministry of Human Resource Development )
Eligibility
- The parental annual income limit for the availing this scholarship is Rs.8 lakhs.

4. Adi Dravidar Welfare Education Scheme of Award of Prize Money to SCs/STs/SC Converts Students
Adi Dravidar Welfare Education Scheme of Award of Prize Money to SCs/STs/SC Converts Students who have secured 60% and above marks in first attempt in the postmatric levels.

5. Ph.D
Ph.D Scholarships help several students to pursue a research degree after successfully completing their postgraduate program.
Eligibility
- The applicant must have scored 60% marks in postgraduate degree.
6. Tamil Medium Scholarship
By encouraging the students studying through Tamil Medium, a stipend for Tamil Medium students was initiated in the year 1971 - 1972. Under Graduate students pursuing studies through Tamil medium and write their exam in Tamil receives Rs.900/- a year under this scheme.
