Queen Mary’s College was conferred Autonomous Status in the year 1987. The office of the Controller of Examination is responsible for the smooth and efficient conduct of examinations, assessment processes and the timely declaration of results.
Our mission is to achieve academic excellence and character building through imparting quality education. Therefore, our examination system is designed to measure the student’s progress, identify areas that need improvement and help students to develop essential skills such as time management and critical thinking.
The COE is in-charge of administering the Internal continuous assessment system, providing instruction and guidelines relating to examination, conducting examination, evaluating answer scripts, processing results, providing semester and consolidated grade sheets to students, transcripts , provisional certificate, degree certificates, and duplicate certificates and other related documents to students ensuring validity, transparency, fairness and timeliness.
