Dr. M. Raziya Parvin possesses a brilliant academic record and has over 25 years of teaching and research experience.  She was awarded Ph.D. in the year 1999 by the University of Madras for her thesis entitled “Empowerment of Women in Tamil Nadu”.  She has authored four books, contributed articles in books and reputed journals and has also gained 19 Google Scholar citations, i-index and h-index as of 2022. Recently her work “Saluting Women in Indian History - Combatants, Creators, Conquerors, Champions, Changemakers” has won the “Golden Book Award” for the year 2024. Her skills include teaching history, promoting women well-being, educational management, team leadership, communication and conflict resolution. With the aim of empowering young women in the society, she also participates in numerous motivational speaking, career counselling, student welfare, public welfare activities out of personal passion and continues her journey.
